Our approach
For anyone who is active duty military, utilizing a unique law in Montana, our staff can represent both parties as proxies, and fully legalize a marriage certificate between you and your loved one. We will provide all necessary forms to finalize your marriage. Together with our registered minister and attorney, we will act as proxies to facilitate a marriage ceremony on your behalf, and provide you with a fully legalized marriage certificate.
Who qualifies?
Any couple with at least one active duty military member. That’s it! You don’t even need to be a US citizen. This is a service that allows military members to marry from anywhere, and receive marriage benefits/services despite being unable to appear in court with their loved one.
Is this marriage different?
Nope! When we walk out of the courthouse with your completed marriage certificate, it will be exactly the same as if you were walking out as a newlywed couple.
